explore 24land
raze 14pps
build all sms in multiples of 16.
continue to make sci until 500-1000(pref) and keep max training soldiers
first 16 land rax second 16 res.
max sols and save land for tcs.
at hour 40 make 32 TCs
hr 24 make military, raze your SMs and convert them to 160 PFs
Make sure to take ur land reward/money reward daily. You can easily come out of newb with 500-1000sci, 400troopers for food grabs and 500-600tanks or more depending on sci/pt u chose, as well as 3-4k probes. You can convert your SMS ealier if u go less sci, so u can come out with more probes.
Continue to keep pfs till u hit around 10-15k so u can keep getting max robs for the following days(as this will be better income for almost all PT's then straight starmine/res income) After that u can start building sms/res for income if u choose, or stay high pfs
This can be used for most PT types, a few u have to adapt abit, as they cant afford losing 14pps. This should allow you to come out of newbie wiht 3-4k probes, 500-1000sci and enough defence/offence to hit food and be safe
